Overview

This project started from scratch with a simple goal: to create something that lets people embrace their burnout without guilt, while clearly showing when they can take time off. I believed that understanding how to take breaks—and when to let off steam—is essential for surviving in the workplace. I also noticed that people kept digging up the same outdated graphic from social media every holiday season, so instead of relying on that, I set out to build a timeless, leave-planning website—one that people can return to year after year.
這個專案的出發點,是希望能讓大家不用壓抑「厭世感」,也能輕鬆掌握「什麼時候可以請假」,懂請假、適時發洩才能在職場中生存。另外觀察到許多人會每次連假都去翻社群平台上的一張圖,與其如此我希望打造一個可以年年回訪、永不過時的請假指南網站。

跳脫「一張圖片說完所有假期」的舊思維,從排版到互動方式都以使用者角度重新設計,讓資訊更有結構,也更有趣味。

Concept

"Holiday Farm" centers around the work environment of the “corporate drone” persona, stacking the common feelings of laborious servitude and workplace fatigue to echo the inner voice of “I really want a break!” Unlike typical community leave guides, Holiday Farm stands with workers, built on empathy for the disillusionment many experience as corporate employees. Its spirit is marked by humor and playful irreverence.
假期農場以「社畜角色」的工作環境作為情境主軸,將勞工易有的奴性與面對工作的疲憊情緒堆疊,製造在心中迴盪「好想放假!」的聲音,假期農場有別於你我常見的社群請假指南,而是和勞工站在一起,建立於同理身為社畜的厭世情懷,詼諧、搞怪為農場精神象徵

A spin-off from the “Leave Guide”!
This quiz checks your stress level through 8 everyday questions.We picked 6 hardworking animals to represent different stress vibes — from a chill doggo (level 0) to a bunny that seriously needs a break (level 10). Whichever one you get, just remember: it’s okay to take time off
透過8道日常生活反覆經歷的情境題,作為趣味檢視自己的壓力指數;主視覺挑選了6個勤奮的昆蟲及動物作為不同壓力指數的代表,從指數0的「與世無爭天然呆狗勾」到指數10「需即刻丟出假單的兔兔」,讓使用者獲得會心一笑的互動體驗。
